What we set out to achieve.

We set up Seven Generations to provide a hands-off property management service for Landlords, easing the workload that comes with owning buy-to-let property.

As Landlords ourselves we know it can be challenging to manage your own properties on top of your own work and personal commitments.

Not only that but the increasing regulations in the sector, while positive for tenants and the property sector as a whole, but create additional work for Landlords to ensure they remain compliant and keep ahead of the changing landscape.

People and culture

We are a small and professional team who have first hand experience of managing buy-to-let properties. You'll get a dedicated property manager to be your point of contact for all issues, keeping things simple.

What we lack in size, we make up for in the relationships we've built with local partners who we closely work with to deliver an exceptional service for landlords.

Location

Based in Chester, we are well positioned to provide a local presence to rental properties within North Wales and the North West of England.

From the Lake District to Snowdonia we cover all types of residential properties.
