Tennant Concierge

Our team is the first port of call for your tenants, for questions, maintenance issues or anything else.
This way your tenant always has someone to talk to but you don't have to be on hand to answer all the questions.

Property Inspections

We offer periodic inspections of your property to ensure it is kept in good condition and limit repair costs. We carry out annual safety checks ensuring smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in good working order.

Inventory Report

We carry out itemised inventories of furnishings in the property and document the condition of each room following inspections. All rolled up into one convenient report.

Maintenance Co-Ordinator

When there is required maintenance, we work with a selection of preferred local tradespeople and can arrange quotations and work to be carried out on your behalf.

Annual Compliance Schedule

We create an annual schedule for all works that need to be carried out to keep your property compliant such as Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and EPCs.

Emergency Repair Call-Outs

We provide a dedicated out of hours emergency contact number so tenants can reach us at all times, limiting the impact of any emergencies for you and your tenants.
